Yoga bolsters are an essential prop to use when practicing restorative postures, spinal stretches, and deep meditative breathing. Our yoga bolsters are firm enough to provide full support, but soft enough to rest on. These yoga bolsters are perfect props to use when practicing prenatal yoga as you can remove or add filling as needed. Our round yoga bolsters are 26” long with a 9” diameter, The rectangle bolsters are 24” long 6” high and 12 “ wide, each bolster is stuffed with 100% clean American cotton. The 100 % cotton canvas zippered covers can be easily removed and cleaned.
